Refund Policy

At Foster’s Garage, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Because our apparel and merchandise are custom printed and fulfilled through a third-party provider (Printify), all sales are generally considered final. However, we want to make things right if something isn’t up to standard.

Apparel & Merchandise Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or accidental orders. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

However, we will provide a replacement or refund if your item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective or misprinted

  • Lost in transit

  • Significantly different from the product description

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at matthew@fostergarage.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

 

Custom Work & Services

Due to the nature of our restoration, mechanical, and fabrication work, all service sales are final. Deposits and payments for labor or materials are non-refundable once work has begun or parts have been ordered. We are committed to transparency, clear communication, and working closely with each client to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.

 

Shipping Issues

If an order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors. If it is confirmed lost or stolen, contact us—we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

Shipping Policy

At Foster’s Garage, we partner with Printify to fulfill and ship all of our merchandise and apparel. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is handled.

Processing Times

All orders are custom printed and made to order.
Processing time: 2–5 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other external factors.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery through the tracking link provided.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
